Baking Classes


Thank you for your interest in my gluten free baking classes.

I run the classes from March to September (everyone gets a little busy after the September school holidays & I prefer not to make & bake pastry in the height of Summer). I usually run the classes in Buninyong, near Ballarat, Victoria. 

Unless otherwise specified Bakers' Magic gluten free flour is used in my classes.


     As my demonstration classes of gluten free sourdough/bread and pastry worked well in 2017, 2018 & 2019 I am going to continue this combo in 2020.


Depending on interest in 2020 I'll also run some hands on classes including Gluten Free Croissants.

These classes will be limited to 8 participants.
