Baking Classes

Thank you for your interest in my gluten free baking classes.

    My combination class of gluten free sourdough/bread and pastry worked well in 2017 & I am going to continue this combo.

 

I'm running another class :) - this time in Rochester (July) & Buninyong (September), Victoria;

 

Gluten free - Sunday 22nd July - Sold out

Gluten free - Sunday 16th September - spaces available

Class includes techniques, tips, recipe booklet and a sample (to sample) from the following;

Breads

  • Sourdough and Yeasted breads
  • Hot Cross Buns
  • Danish pastries
  • Pizza 

Pastry

  • Quiche
  • Blueberry Pie or a Galette
  • Profiteroles or Eclairs

 

When:

Sunday 22nd July 2018 - Rochester

10.30 am (arrive 10.15) - 3.30 pm 

*20 participants are needed to run the class. 

A light lunch will be provided using the freshly made gluten free goodies. 

When:

Sunday 16th September 2018 - Buninyong (The class is held at the Buninyong Bowling club)

10.30 am (arrive 10.15) - 3.30 pm 

*10 participants are needed to run the class.

What to bring:

A pen, something to write on, a glass jar (if you would like some sourdough culture) & a healthy appetite for some freshly baked gluten free goodies.

What to wear: 

Comfortable clothes & enclosed toe shoes.

After you have booked I will be in touch with you regarding your specific dietary requirements. Where possible specific dietary requirements will be met.
