Baking Classes

Thank you for your interest in my gluten free baking classes.

    My combination class of gluten free sourdough/bread and pastry worked well in 2017 & I am going to continue this combo. Depending on participant numbers I might include a Christmas in July class (send me an email if you are interested to This email address is being protected from spambots. My first two baking classes for 2018 using Bakers' Magic gluten free flour are;


Gluten free & Dairy free - Sunday 4th March

Gluten free - Sunday 22nd April



Class includes techniques, tips, recipe booklet and a sample (to sample) from the following;


  • Sourdough and Yeasted breads
  • Hot Cross Buns
  • Danish pastries
  • Pizza 


  • Quiche
  • Blueberry Pie
  • Profiteroles



Sunday 22nd April 2018

10.30 am (arrive 10.15) - 3.30 pm 

*10 participants are needed to run the class. 

A light lunch will be provided using the freshly made gluten free goodies.

What to bring:

A pen, something to write on, a glass jar (if you would like some sourdough culture) & a healthy appetite for some freshly baked gluten free goodies.

What to wear: 

Comfortable clothes & enclosed toe shoes.
